Welcome to Project Adopt a Queen (PAQ) – an initiative by Sah-Astitva Private Limited. This document governs the use of the website www.projectaq.org, the associated adoption program, and the private e-commerce platform (PAQ Community App) available exclusively to adopters.
By accessing this website or participating in our adoption program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Website Purpose
The public website (www.projectaq.org) is strictly informational. It is not an online store. It provides details about:
- Our mission and ecosystem
- The Project Adopt a Queen initiative
- The process of adopting a beehive
- What the adopter receives
There are no products listed or sold on this website.
2. Business Model: Adoption + Exclusive Access
Our business operates on a hybrid model involving two connected offerings:
A. Hive Adoption (Primary Offering)
- Price: ₹15,000 (inclusive of all taxes)
- Payment Mode: One-time online payment (processed via Razorpay)
- Deliverables:
- Adoption of a curated beehive deployed with a selected farmer
- Regular updates and performance reports of the hive
- Scheduled delivery of 72 bottles of ethically harvested, raw honey from that hive (in batches)
B. PAQ Community E-Commerce App (Secondary Offering)
Upon successful adoption, the adopter receives exclusive login credentials to a closed, members-only mobile/web application: PAQ Community App.
This platform offers access to farm-fresh products sourced from our community of farmers and partners, including:
- Raw honey
- Jaggery
- Spices
- Cold-pressed oils
- Herbal and tribal products
- Gifting boxes and seasonal collections
These products are not listed on the public website and are only available within the private application, which adopters unlock as part of their ₹15,000 adoption.
3. Payment Gateway Use
Our Razorpay Payment Gateway is used for:
- Collecting the ₹15,000 adoption contribution from the user via the “Adopt Now” process.
- Processing payments for purchases made within the PAQ Community App post-adoption.
No e-commerce transactions happen on the website directly.
4. The “Adopt Now” Button
The "Adopt Now" button on our website does not directly initiate payment. It is a lead capture form. Once filled:
- Our team reaches out via phone or email.
- If the user confirms their intent to adopt, a secure Razorpay payment link is shared.
- After successful payment, onboarding and application access is initiated.
5. Products and Pricing
Adoption Package
- Product Name: Hive Adoption (with access to PAQ Community)
- Price: ₹15,000 (INR)
- Mode: One-time online payment
- Includes:
- Hive setup and management
- 72 bottles of honey (delivered in batches)
- App access for life
PAQ Community App Products (Post-Adoption)
- Product Categories: Honey, jaggery, oils, spices, herbal goods, eco-friendly gifts
- Prices: Range from ₹100 to ₹2,500 (INR) depending on the product with a possibility of increase as product range increases.
- Tax: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST
- Delivery: Pan-India (1–7 working days)
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Adoption Fee: Non-refundable once processed, unless due to administrative errors.
- Product Refunds: Applicable only if the customer receives damaged, incorrect, or defective products.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video proof.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery (App Orders Only)
- Timeline: 1 to 7 working days
- Packaging: Eco-friendly, plastic-free, and recyclable
- Charges: Free or chargeable based on order size/location (communicated clearly in app)
- Failed Deliveries: Reshipment available upon request. Additional delivery fees may apply.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect and use customer data to serve adopters and app users efficiently.
Data Collected:
- Full name
- Phone number / WhatsApp contact
- Email address
- Physical address (for honey and product delivery)
- Adoption history
- Purchase history (in app)
Data Use:
- Fulfillment of deliveries
- Adoption updates and communication
- App access credentials
- Analytics and improvement
Data Sharing:
- Shared only with logistics and payment providers as needed
- Never sold to third-party marketers
9. App Access & Use (For Adopters Only)
- App access is non-transferable.
- Only verified adopters receive login credentials.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized usage may result in account suspension or legal action.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or duplicate the app or its contents is strictly prohibited.
10. User Responsibility
- Users must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
- One account per adopter is allowed.
- Minors must have guardian supervision.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Major changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

- App-based product purchase by verified adopters
