  3. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and truthful information. False or misleading information will lead to account suspension or termination.
  4. Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen payment methods, are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  5. Third-Party Services: The Website/application utilizes third-party services such as courier companies and payment gateways. PAQ Community is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.
  6. Reporting Issues: Users must report any issues, such as damaged goods, within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for assistance.
  7. Age Restrictions: The platform is accessible to users of all ages. However, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors using the platform.
  8. Intellectual Property: Users agree not to attempt reverse engineering, unauthorized modification, or misuse of the platform.
  9. Changes to Terms: PAQ Community reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Website signifies acceptance of the updates.

This Privacy Policy outlines how PAQ Community collects, uses, and protects your data:

6.       Consent: Users must provide explicit consent for the collection of sensitive information. By filling out the adoption form as part of the Project Adopt a Queen initiative, users consent to the collection and use of their personal information for operational and service-related purposes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: All products and services are non-refundable except in cases of errors or damage during delivery.
  2. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited via the original payment method or UPI, based on the customer’s preference.
  3. Reporting Issues: Customers must report delivery errors or damages within 48 hours. Proof such as photos or videos may be required.
  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, are non-refundable due to their nature. Refunds are not granted if the issue is not attributable to PAQ Community.

Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 1 to 7 working days.
  2. Shipping Charges: Additional charges apply for expedited or bulk orders and may vary by state.
  3. Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the order will return to our base. Reshipping is available without specific conditions.
  4. Packaging: All packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.
  5. Incorrect Addresses: PAQ Community is not liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses. Payments will not be refunded, and additional delivery charges will apply.
  6. Tracking: Customers receive tracking numbers upon dispatch to monitor their shipment.
