The website (www.projectaq.org) is designed for informational and onboarding purposes. It describes our mission and adoption initiative, and provides a form (“Adopt Now”) for interested individuals to register.

• No products are sold or displayed on the website.
• The website is not a public e-commerce platform.

Through the Project Adopt a Queen initiative, participants make a one-time payment of ₹15,000 (inclusive of all taxes). This payment is treated as a pre-purchase of honey harvested from the hive given to farmers for management.

Key points of the adoption model:

• Participants do not take physical ownership of a beehive; instead, the hive is given to a farmer to manage sustainably.
• The ₹15,000 payment covers:
  • Establishing and maintaining the hive with the farmer.
  • Professional hive management.
  • Scheduled delivery of 72 bottles of ethically harvested raw honey produced by the hive (delivered in batches).
  • Lifetime access to the PAQ Community App.

Payment Method:

• Adoption payments happen offline via bank transfer only, after our team contacts the participant based on the “Adopt Now” form submission.
• Razorpay will not be used for adoption payments.

Participants who complete an adoption receive access credentials for the PAQ Community App, a private e-commerce platform offering curated farm products such as:

• Raw honey
• Jaggery
• Spices
• Oils
• Herbal products
• Eco-friendly gifting options

Product Pricing:

• Ranges from ₹100 to ₹2,500 (INR), inclusive of GST.
• Detailed pricing and product descriptions are available only inside the app for participants.

Payment Method for App Orders:

• All purchases within the PAQ Community App will be processed through Razorpay, ensuring secure and reliable payments.

• Razorpay will not be used for adoption payments.
• Razorpay is intended exclusively for e-commerce transactions made by participants through the PAQ Community App.

• Refunds apply only to defective, damaged, or incorrect products ordered through the PAQ Community App.
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video proof.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

• Orders are shipped within 1–7 business days of confirmation.
• Eco-friendly, recyclable packaging is used.
• Shipping fees vary depending on order size and delivery location; details are shown during checkout in the app.

We protect your privacy and collect only data necessary for adoption and app transactions.

• Name
• Contact details
• Delivery address
• Purchase history within the PAQ Community App

Data Use:

• To fulfill honey deliveries and app orders.
• To provide updates and support.

Data Sharing:

• Shared only with logistics and payment providers as needed.
• Never sold or shared with unauthorized parties.

• Access is granted only to participants who complete an adoption.
• App logins are personal and non-transferable.
• Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the app is strictly prohibited.

• Participants must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• One app account per participant is allowed.

• The website is not an online shop and does not display product listings or offer public checkout.
• All payments for the adoption program are handled offline.
• The ₹15,000 adoption payment is effectively a pre-purchase of 72 bottles of honey, with the hive being set up and maintained by a farmer.
• Purchases made later within the PAQ Community App will use Razorpay for secure transactions.

We may update these terms as needed. Major updates will be communicated to participants by email. Continued use of the PAQ Community App implies acceptance of the updated terms.
